CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds or cancellations with the non-refundable deposits.

All initial deposits are non-refundable and may not be canceled for any reason.

Grenda’s Getaways (“GG”) reserves the right to modify any part of the retreat when necessary. In the rare event that GG must cancel a retreat, participants will be offered either:

A transfer of all payments to a future retreat, or
A full refund of all payments made.

Please note that GG is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for a canceled retreat, including but not limited to airfare, travel, accommodations, loss of work, or other related costs. Repeat retreats are not guaranteed and may change or discontinue at any time.

Participant Responsibilities

By registering for a GG retreat, each participant acknowledges and agrees that:

All clients must follow GG safety policies and procedures, as well as the instructions of guides, coaches, and staff at all times.
All clients are required to sign a Participant Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement in favor of GG prior to participating in any retreat.
Each client understands and accepts that they have significant responsibility for their own safety and agree that they are ultimately responsible for their own well-being during any GG activity or tour.
